西門子和阿里巴巴旗下的云計算公司阿里云9日在柏林簽署備忘錄，攜手共同推進中國工業物聯網的發展。雙方將發揮各自的技術和行業優勢，打造領先的物聯網平臺，以支持“工業4.0”、中國制造業轉型升級等以工業互聯網驅動的戰略舉措。西門子股份公司總裁兼首席執行官凱颯（Joe Kaeser）與阿里云總裁胡曉明簽署了諒解備忘錄。正在德國進行正式訪問的中國國務院總理李克強與德國聯邦總理默克爾共同見證了備忘錄的簽署。

As soon as the agreement is signed, the two companies will begin working together and plan to launch the MindSphere platform, which will be deployed in aliyun, in 2019.

協議簽署后，兩家公司將立即著手展開合作，并計劃于2019年推出部署于阿里云的MindSphere平臺。
