據IBM商業價值研究院近期發布的最新全球企業高管調研報告表明,數據已經成為現有企業最強大的資產,其中擁有全球80%數據的傳統企業正在與其員工一起利用這些龐大的數據創造新的競爭優勢。

于是,區別于傳統的自動化,IBM又提出了智能自動化的理念,強調完全基于數據的,以人工智能為主導,由機器自主學習的自動化過程。
在接受記者采訪時,IBM全球企業咨詢服務部中國區業務流程自動化負責人王言表示,這里所指的自動化不僅僅是發生在制造工廠的自動化,還包括了工作方式、業務流程、管理運營等在內的工作場景的自動化。它將提高企業在更高維度的市場競爭力。
